A warmer class than most, this one focuses on balancing poses plus several rounds of vinyasa flow to get your heart rate up – with weights! If you like a class that has a mix of balance, yoga, strengthening, and toning, this one’s for you!
NIN Yin
Trauma-Informed, somatic yin + restorative yoga set to an immersive soundscape of Nine Inch Nails. We create space for melting deeper into intention, poses, breath, relaxation, and flexibility.
Into the Void
Trauma-Informed, somatic slow + deep flow yoga, featuring music from NIN + goth/90s alt classics. We focus on holding poses for several breaths to venture “into the void” of Somatics/sensations; building strength, endurance, flexibility, and relationship with breath. All levels welcome, with options to explore more challenging variations. Break through the surface and breathe.
Yoga Level I
Breath driven vinyasa flow to build heat, focus, and strength, each sequence is crafted to challenge and inspire while learning postures and honoring your own personal practice. Heated to 80°-85°. Perfect for those new to yoga!
Intermediate Yoga
A chance to delve into your spiritual practice through intermediate sequencing linking breath to movement. We’ll hold balances and deepen our stretches, offering you a chance to take your practice to new heights.
Yoga Level II
This is one you won’t want to miss! A steady, breath-guided flow rooted in Vinyasa Krama from the Krishnamacharya lineage, this class honors intelligent sequencing and progressive development.
Restorative
This class offers reflection and gentle poses to work the joints and fascia. A great way to relax your body, release the past, and set intentions for the upcoming week.
Gentle Yoga & Meditation
Light stretches and strengthening exercises, concluding with a longer meditation in Savasana. Perfect for those new to meditation, are pregnant, postpartum, have injuries, or need a nervous system reset.
Vinyasa Ground & Flow
A blending of the rhythmic nature of yoga and the gentle, meditative qualities of QiGong. Each sequence is guided by the breath, creating a continuous, wave-like flow that supports both physical strength and energetic balance. Through slow, conscious transitions, breathwork, and subtle energy awareness, the practice helps release tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore the natural flow of Qi throughout the body.
Barre/Mat Pilates
Inspired by ballet, this mix of barre & mat Pilates will improve flexibility and stamina. Barre offers a low-impact, high-intensity workout to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen muscles for better posture, while mat Pilates will emphasize core strength through controlled, breath-driven movement.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Grappling/Self-Defense)
An introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at a high-level. Learn the foundations of one of the most sought-after styles to defend oneself, utilize leverage over strength, and perfect this physical game of chess. All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Classes will be taught by former Pro-MMA Fighter Garrett Bennett under “True MMA.”
We will be bringing in top BJJ competitors as this course builds, and adding more classes in the future, including MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling for the Idyllwild community and surrounding areas. We look forward to having you joining the team!
