
Meet Susie
A former dancer, Susie has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and a psychic intuitive that blends her gifts into restorative (yin) classes. Her favorite is Hot Fusion, where the mind and breath help students overcome fight or flight to develop a deeper practice with focus. She has found that yoga greatly reduces the impact of aging on the body and helps promote mobility, strength, and balance.
Meet Amalia
Amalia began practicing Ashtanga Yoga in 1999, drawn to the discipline, breathwork, and transformative rhythm. She studied under Tim Miller at the Ashtanga Yoga Center, grounding her practice in tradition and mindful alignment. With decades of experience, her teaching blends steadiness and compassion, guiding students toward strength, presence, and inner clarity.
Meet Durga
Durga Abbas is a certified trauma-informed somatic yoga teacher and wellness coordinator for a SoCal non-profit. She discovered yoga after surviving a crisis that nearly took her life, finding solace in the safety and healing of her practice. She went on to complete her 200-hour teacher training with additional trainings from Hala Khouri, Soma SJ, and more.
Meet Carrie
Born and raised in Idyllwild, Carrie was a professional dancer and choreographer for 16 years. She specializes in gentle yoga and yoga for injuries, and is an energy healer and sound bath practitioner. A channel of the Divine and builder of the New Earth, Carrie’s classes are very spiritual in nature, bringing you closer to your higher self and your intuition. Meet Kellie
With over eight years of personal practice, and a Masters in positive psychology, Kellie focuses on mindful movement along mindfulness meditation practices to guide sequences into deeper flow states, every once in a while throwing in a guided meditation to end practice.
