Welcome to Idy Hot Yoga LLC (“Idy Hot Yoga,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, visiting our studio, or participating in any classes, services, or events we provide (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you,” “your,” or “Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a class, booking a session, attending the studio, or using our online content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our:

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old, or have written permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate in classes or purchase services.
Minors must have a parent/guardian sign the required waiver before attending any class.

3. Health & Safety
You acknowledge and agree that:
Yoga, including hot yoga, involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks.
You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition and modifying or stopping activity when necessary.
You have consulted a medical professional or have chosen to participate at your own risk.
You will not attend class if you are ill, injured, or otherwise unable to safely participate.
Idy Hot Yoga LLC reserves the right to refuse participation if we believe a student may pose a risk to themselves or others.

4. Studio Rules & Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, students agree to:
Arrive on time and silence mobile devices.
Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.
Follow instructor guidance and studio safety rules.
Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Idy Hot Yoga may remove or refuse service to any person violating these standards, without refund.

5. Reservations, Cancellations & No-Shows
By booking a class, you agree to follow our Cancellation Policy, including:
Adhering to cancellation deadlines
Potential late-cancel or no-show fees
Policies for class packs, unlimited memberships, workshops, and waitlists
You are responsible for managing your own bookings through our platform.

6. Purchases, Memberships & Payments
All purchases made through Idy Hot Yoga are subject to our Purchase Policy.
You acknowledge that:
All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise.
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing date.
You authorize Idy Hot Yoga LLC to charge your card on file for memberships, fees, and applicable penalties.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information updated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Waiver of Liability
Participation in any Idy Hot Yoga class or activity requires acceptance of our Liability Waiver.
The waiver includes an assumption of risk and a release of claims permitted under applicable law.
Refusal to sign the waiver will result in denial of participation.

8. Privacy & Personal Information
We value your privacy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (if applicable).

All content created by Idy Hot Yoga, including but not limited to class materials, videos, written content, branding, logos, and website materials, is the property of Idy Hot Yoga LLC and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or use any content without written permission.

10. Changes to Class Schedule or Services
Idy Hot Yoga reserves the right to:
Modify its class schedule
Substitute instructors
Cancel or reschedule classes
Temporarily close the studio (e.g., maintenance, emergencies, weather)
No refunds will be provided for such changes, except where required by law.

11. Online Classes & Digital Content
If using online or virtual classes:
You are responsible for ensuring your practice area is safe.
You assume all risks associated with practicing without an instructor physically present.
Recording, copying, or distributing online classes is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination of Access
Idy Hot Yoga LLC may suspend or terminate your account or Services if you violate these Terms, behave inappropriately, or endanger others.
No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships due to policy violations.

13. Disclaimers
Idy Hot Yoga LLC does not guarantee:
Fitness outcomes
Availability of specific instructors
Continued availability of specific classes, programs, or services
All services are provided “as is” and subject to change.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idy Hot Yoga LLC is not liable for:
Personal injury or property damage
Lost or stolen personal items
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Services.

15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, in which Idy Hot Yoga LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Idy Hot Yoga may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
